Criteria to be respected in order to make a return:
-You have 30 days from the date you receive your jewelry to make a return.
-The jewelry must still be in their original packaging and not have been worn.
If you are eligible for a return, these are the instructions to follow:
We offer a 30 day warranty following the date you receive your order. However, we are not responsible for the fading of the color on our 14k gold vermeil jewelry.
In addition, if the care instructions have not been followed, the warranty does not apply. No refund is possible, which is why we offer a store credit of the value of your return. The store credit has no expiration date.
Regarding the replacement/refund of a defective item:
If you receive a defective item, you have 30 days to contact us at this email address : firstname.lastname@example.org.
Important: Please attach a photo of the item to the email and your order number.
Returns by mail:
1- Make sure you are eligible for a return. If you do not respect the criteria, do not fill out a request.
2- Please fill out the questions above (name, email address, order number) and send the request. Do not wait for an answer from us before sending back your package. This is simply a system that informs us of your request.
3- Make sure that the package is correctly wrapped and secured when sending it back to us as we are not responsible for empty envelops or damaged jewels upon delivery. No store credit will be given if the jewelry is not returned properly.
4- Go to your Canada Post counter. Return charges will be your responsibility. Make sure that within your package there is a note that indicates clearly your name, order number and the reason for your return.
Once we receive your package, we will send you a confirmation email including your store credit for the value of your return.
