Shipping policy

All our orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. In the case of a pre-order, the processing time is not guaranteed.

Ken & Jame offers two shipping options; Standard Shipping handled by Canada Post and Express Shipping (Ground) handled by Purolator.

- Shipping delays are not guaranteed

- Includes a tracking number

- Shipping delays are between 2 to 4 business days (can vary depending on the region) 

- Shipping fee is set according to the shipping address.

Please note: We are not responsible for address errors during checkout. If the address you've provided us is not valid and the package is returned to us, we will advise you of the additional charges for a second delivery attempt.

Once your package is in the hands of Purolator or Canada Post, you must ask your questions directly to them.
