Step 1: Select the pair of hoops, studs, chain, or bracelet you want.

Step 2: Choose your favorite charms! Note that each charm is sold individually, not as a pair!

Step 3: Don't forget to get the necessary quantity of the Necklace and Bracelet Charm Adapter if you want to attach your charms to your necklace or bracelet! Important: this step is not necessary for the hoops.

A charm aimed at reducing anxiety and coping with stress. The front of the locket has a tree bark texture. Simply hold it between your fingers to feel the texture and concave shape of the charm to reconnect with yourself.

On the back is a powerful mantra: Here, Now. It allows you to bring yourself back to the present moment. Remember that you are alive, here, in the now and that there is no point in dwelling on the past or stressing about the future.
